      Beautiful new branch in Laurel Town center! New branch is located in the Laurel Town Center near the Regal Laurel Towne Center movie Theater.

      As a member of Navy Federal, I expected the be treated with respect, at least some courtesy. Instead we were deliberately ignored by the only Notary in the facility. We watched as she paraded around doing what seemed to be nothing. Still waiting 20 mins. We've been given three, excuses by other bank employees who've noticed our wait. One star is to much. Now a fourth person has approached us to inform me that she's been pulled to do other duties even after she asked us to come back. Samantha is not accountable. Thank you Shania for listening.

      Every time I get here, lines at the cashiers counter are all the way to the door. Wait times for other services are not short either. Management seems weak at best, unable to respond to the obvious over so many years the branch has been in this area. My expectation was that after relocation to a bigger premises long wait times would be a thing of the past.
