      A bit hidden but ATM works and is 24/7

      The ring around the card reader flashes green like it’s ready to take your card and then immediately, the screen says “This ATM is temporarily unavailable” and the ring turns red and the light at the top left of the ATM turns red, and my card was stuck for about 3-5 minutes. I thought it would never come out but it did. Simultaneously the screen turned into a computer-like monitor screen and said “shutting down” Windows 7 OS. DONT USE IT, I repeat DONT USE IT. This NFCU ATM runs off of Windows 7 and is an unsupported operating system because it’s EOL (end of life) date was January 14, 2020, meaning Microsoft doesn’t receive updates anymore on anything that runs this system. Which also means, constant cyberattacks and personal and financial information can get leaked.
