      Even though the branch is 30 minutes away, 99% of my bank business is online. As an Army Veteran, I'm glad that I can be a member of both Navy Federal and USAA (their closest physical branch is 500 miles away).

      When requesting a line of credit increase on your credit card they make you put down how much you'd like. They're basically asking you to under bid or over bid. If you under bid I mean you're selling yourself short. If you over bid you're getting declined, hurting your credit and getting nowhere. That's bad member service. I have another credit card where they'll tell you how much they can increase you, heck even Nebraska Furniture Mart tells you how much they can increase your limit without putting you into that situation. Horrible NFCU. Now I regret switching over.

      I had a problem with my online account, and the two people working that day made sure I was taken care of before I left. I did make a deposit while there, and it did take till the next day to be available to me, but they explained that before I made the deposit. All in all, the cashier and her manager were very helpful in getting things squared away.
