      My complaint is with the company not this branch having issues getting my money back have been on hold for almost 3 hours just to talk to someone rediclous

      Brandon has the worst customer service ever. He's definitely not about the customer. He took his time attending to customers and let Cindy do the majority of work. We watched him look at the line act as if he was putting coin rolls away and even came back to the counter and waited an additional 10 minutes before helping the next guest. His attitude and demeanor was even negative and cold not welcoming at all, no greeting when you walk up at all which made the experience dreadful. Let's do better Brandon everyone isn't at their best spirits these days but you're in a customer service role.
