      The customer service is a little different because I've noticed some new staff members and that's a good thing at Navy Federal Credit Union. Each time I've been there, the wait hasn't been that long and tellers have been friendly and definitely more helpful than before. It was nice to come in to Navy Federal Credit Union Saturday, do my banking, and grab a cup of coffee.

      I was on hold and i over heard a conversation between navy federal credit union and a member i could hear them but they couldn't hear me i heard her give out her social security number date birth there address and her phone number and when i told the rep that i was on hold with she said they have been getting there phone lines crossed all week your information isn't safe with navy federal credit union
