      In my experience the absolute best bank I've ever been to for basic Checking and Savings.!! :) Edit June 2022 I moved, still love this place though.

      The last three times I been in this branch I was the only customer in the bank. Each time they gave me the impression that it was a imposition to deal with me as a customer. The last time I was in I had an account issue. The teller told me it not their problem and to call US bank for help. I asked to talk to the manager , the manager was less help and again acted like I was taking up her valuable time. I also bank with a local bank and a credit union. Both of these place are both friendly and willing to help work through any issues. I had enough after the last visit and ended my 30+ year relationship with US Bank. When you have the same bank office and the same services and the whole atmosphere changes you have to look at the leadership.

      I'm disappointed with customer service/teller. Not a smile or possible help option mentioned with transaction I was wanting to do. Cannot complain about the customer service cause there was none. Maybe she wasn't having a good day everytime I go there lol.
