      They are all working from home. One person I spoke to said to go online… Not sure what they do in the office. Needs MAJOR improvements.

      Great service. I had my counselor Delores Pena assist me with process of First Time Homebuyers process. It was tiring, frustrating at times with the bank but I stayed the course. I was able to receive the grant assistance in my downpayment. I am happy in my new Co-OP purchase in the Soundview area.
