  Edward has been pivotal in our process in buying our first home. He strives for excellent customer service and it shows! He was very knowledgeable and would always get back to us rather quickly about questions we had throughout the loan process. We are glad to have gotten our loan through Neighborhood Loan and to have learned so much throughout the process thanks to Edward. He truly goes above and beyond, he was able to run scenarios of what our mortgage payments would look like and explained at length what we had trouble understanding.   Neighborhood Loans was such a pleasure to work with, their team was so fast and effective at meeting all goals for our house buying. In particular, Sandra from Neighborhood Loans- was professional, friendly, knowledgable, and just so easy to work with. Sandra goes beyond expectations to answer any questions, doubts, and concerns. If Sandra doesn't feel comfortable answering a question; she does research and gives us solid information. This company shows that they have the experience to take care of buyers. They look out for the best interest of their clients. We were buying our home during the holidays AND a Pandemic- and when I tell you these people were dedicated! they gave us a prospective date and they met that deadline with flying colors. I trust this company, and I'd recommend them to any family member of mine, closest friends, coworkers, and neighbors. I have full confidence in their delivery of services.

  If you are looking to get a loan through neighborhood I would highly recommend going to Edward Alcantar. He was very knowledgeable and was able to make the whole process easy to understand. As a first time home buyer it was stressful going through the process but Edward made sure to make us fell at ease.
