      Very busy bank. However, Martha, the lady who greeted me at the door, saved me waiting in line for a teller by letting me know I could do what I needed at the in-building ATM. Thanks, Martha!

      Terrible customer service. The employee Lisbsy B or something like that is extremely informal and unprofessional. It is unfortunate that it is the one that receives customers at the entrance. He began by wanting to discuss why it was that I went to the bank when I am the one who knows what he is going for. This followed with the comment of "today you will not find any place since all banks are very strict with their time" and then tell me "oh, you should have made your appointment yesterday to be seen today". This employee made me leave the place with no intention of returning. I went to the bank in Vons, and I was able to do the transactions I wanted. Terrible customer service.

      The customer service at this branch is the worst I’ve ever received in all the years I’ve been a member of Wells Fargo. Im not from here so I really feel for the people that have to use this branch regularly. Needed to get multiple tasks done with my account when I stopped by this particular branch. Never made it through the front door. The greeter told me I wouldn’t receive any help because all the tasks I needed to complete could be done so online. Anything can be done online now I realize that, the concerns and questions I had could of easily been resolved had they let me just talk to banker. Whoever is running this branch needs to go to Phoenix, Arizona for training. I almost canceled my account over this and I’ve been with them since 2013. Absolutely horrible service
