      Great experience obtaining an auto loan with Ashlee. She was prompt, attentive to detail and very personable to work with. She got our loan closed quickly so we could get the vehicle we wanted before it was no longer available. I would definitely do business here again.

      It's impossible to get ahold of anyone in customer service. I had a mistake on my account and they charged me fees, so I sat on the phone for over half an hour two days in a row and never got to speak to a person. I tried emailing as well and never got a response. The issue still hasn't been addressed. Considering just closing my account.

      Megan Houlihan, Lisa Creed and Tarlice Artis at Neighbors Credit Union in Ellisville are FANTASTIC! They were all so personable, fast, efficient, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to help me get pre-approved for a car loan and then complete the car loan quickly! I truly felt that they took pride in their work and wanted my husband and I to be pleased with our car purchase. I have been a member of another bank for over 20 years and never in all that time experienced the kind of friendly, fast and helpful service that these three ladies from Neighbors CU provided to me, even though I wasn’t a member at the time that I first started the approval process. I feel confident in recommending all three of them to my friends and family. A big shout out and Thank you to Megan, Lisa and Tarlice for making this car buying experience as painless and easy as possible! I love my new car!
