Very unprofessional, lured us into the office only to have his coworker Senia Badillo confront us about not using her as our realtor. We chose not to have Senia be our realtor for a few reasons one being her attitude towards my son who was there to help & her way of treating us. It was best for us to not work with her. She tried to start over with us again & apologized but it was to late, her voicemail & repeated phone calls were ignored. Fortunately we found a home that was for sale by Owner & thought let’s work with Nelson on the financing side. Well he told us to come into the office “to sign paperwork” as if he couldn’t email it & sign it via DocuSign. When we arrived at the office, immediately confrontation from Senia. Demanding a commission because of a (expired) contract that was signed stating she will be our realtor for 6 months. When we mentioned that it expired 10-14-21 states we owe her money because she appointed us to Nelson the Loaning Officer. Just overall weird & desperately eager for a 1 or 2 % commission.. I don’t normally right reviews but wanted to warn others out there not to waste there time & to search elsewhere if you want a pleasant experience, especially for first time home buyers , go somewhere where you are more valued.
