  NestMade was extremely organized and transparent! Shout out to Dawson and Rebecca for all the help during the whole loan process! As a first-time home buyer, this is the team you want to work with! You will be impressed at the first contact with them. Tim was my first point of contact and he was prompt in setting me up with the team to get everything started. Dawson is extremely patient and knowledgeable with the entire process. He spent almost an hour during our first call to explain every single detail to ensure you FULLY understand how the borrowing process work to the tee! If you’re forgetful, he will not hesitate to reiterate any details with utmost patience and respect! He is extremely meticulous, eloquent, and professional at communicating all the information that you will need! Rebecca works with Dawson as a team to facilitate all the paperwork processing for the entire loan and she’s extremely organized and patient as well! She will even go out of her way to make a direction/jobaid on how to obtain certain documents so you have to go figure things out on your own. She was very present and communicative through the whole process as well and will keep you on a productive, constant update up to the signing date! I’m thankful to have them as my support during the whole homebuying processing in this crazy housing market. Thank you for all your help!!

  NestMade made the home buying process so smooth (especially for a first time home buyer like me). They were so organized, friendly, and overall great people. I was shopping around for rates and they were able to match the lowest quote I got. I cannot recommend them enough. Rebecca and Wesley are super awesome and I will definitely keep them in mind for my second home!
