      I have nothing but positive reviews after speaking with Ally, who is very professional and always responded promptly. I was looking into health insurance enrollment, and she was able to provide detailed information on all the options available to me and answered any questions I had. She even followed up months later to check if I needed to renew my plan for the upcoming year. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided.

      THE WORST!!!! Every time I called I would be told, "I will get a call back". One day I did all of the following up and called up to 6 times and still could not get the quote in writing. Finally after 7 day and 20 calls .. I get the guy on the line get finish the quote and send the paperwork. Then he tells me he needs me email and information so he can submit the information to create the quote. SO after a week of you saying you would follow up, you ask for my email and information!?! Like that could not have been done at day one, two or three ... but seven!!!!??? I tried to talked to the manager twice and they are not available either. I wasted my time giving these people a chance to do right and turn my into a happy customer. Now, I am warning others to not wait your tie with them. They do not care about you, waste your time, and are completely unprofessional. Stay away from working with Ricky.
