  I called over here after reading all the great reviews and was connected with Mike Lembo. At first the conversation was great and it seemed like he knew what he was talking about. He had mentioned it would take about 7 days to get a pre approval. Well a month went by after sending in all the required information (at least to my knowledge and he never said anything different) and hadn’t heard anything. Called his office and he apologized and said he would send something by end of day today or tomorrow…another month has gone by and still nothing. Called another mortgage lender in the area this week and got pre approved within 36 hours. This guy is a joke and Im starting to think he’s a fraud and I should be worried about him stealing my identity. Awful service, he was 40 minutes late to one of our scheduled calls.

  Andy was great to work with from beginning to end of the mortgage process. He was very accommodating, and respectful of our time and concerns. Having financed homes many times before, I can unreservedly say that this was one of the best experiences to date. Not only did we get a great rate on the refi, but we made a new friend along the way. Thanks Andy!
