      The bank manager took some time out twice now to assist me personally. I find it hard to believe this woman made it to manager level but can't explain the difference between the three different credit personal credit cards offered, heaven forbid i ask anything about the business cards!! But I do cause I own a business and you know when you have a moment where you are so dumb founded at somebody else's stupidity.... well there it was. Please demote that freak she makes me look extra intelligent and truly I'm not. I'm just a regular joeette.

      Things have changed in there. It no longer matters that you are a good and reliable customer.. They blame new rules. In the end though, new rules or what ever it is , they are no longer willing to provide anything other than basic services.. Dont even try.
