  If I could rate with a zero, I would. I filled out an online application to see how much house I could qualify for. There were several items requested that I submit before they would go any further. I do NOT conduct business by phone, only through email or text so I can have a record of everything communicated between me and the person on the other end. I texted the number that sent me a text and asked a question. It was a number for a virtual assistant. The assistant replied they did not under stand my question and would connect me to a human to converse with. I told them do not connect me. My preferred way of communication was email. I gave the assistant my email and next thing my phone started ringing. I did not recognize the number and a message was left. It was a loan officer with the company. I texted her back and requested she email me. After that everything went completely downhill. She texted me and questioned why I would not talk on the phone. I told her I preferred to communicate with email and gave her my email. I only wanted 1 question answered so I could finish my online application. She then would only text me via phone, not email. She went into a tirade challenging my intelligence and let me know that talking over the phone would be so much better. She sent me a list of questions to answer that were already answered on my online application. (It was obvious to me that she had not looked at my application at all. I called her out and let her know she had offended me with her intelligence question. It was obvious she got angry and texted me she was not comfortable working with me and would turn my information over to someone else. I then texted and emailed her again asking that the company withdraw my application and destroy all my personal information I had already sent. I also contacted customer service via email requesting that my online application be withdrawn and all my personal information that I sent be destroyed. As of this moment I still have not heard back from anyone assuring me that they took care of my request. I am only hoping they have and all of my personal information has been destroyed and they are not selling it to someone else. I do not recommend doing business with this lender.

  This company is poorly organized and lacks compassion to their costumers. Beware!!! They will keep your money as long as they can. I refinanced my home and they have nearly $4200 of my escrow they have now had for over 2 1/2 months. They told me it would be another couple weeks in “processing” before it is refunded. Sure would have been nice to have my money through the holidays and COVID. Once they get you their costumer service is horrible. Just beware!!
