  Janet assisted me during the whole process. She was very patient and kind and went the extra mile to help me out with the signing, during our tornado aftermath, with no electricity.

  I wouldn't say stay away in general, as there are great and knowledgable people that work there, but avoid working with Nicole. She did not keep us informed at all. Told us a week before closing that we needed to pay an additional $1,000 at closing. Then the next estimate of additional funds was $475 dollars and that she was working to lower it and it absolutely would not go up. She called the next day to say "actually you have to pay $550 additional, sorry I couldn't get it to go down". I had to call the office manager the night before closing who ultimately had to call the regional manager to get back to my original closing amount. My closing was at 10am. Nicole said at 9:30 the closing packet would be sent in the next 30 mins. At 10am said they'd be sent in the next hour. They ultimately weren't sent until after 11am. I was late to meet the movers, ultimately costing me another $45. Do NOT work with Nicole.

  The process of refinancing our home was extremely easy!! Janet worked with us by phone, email and text - whatever worked for our busy work lives at the time!! In the end, we reaped the benefit of her hard work by saving a good bit on our monthly mortgage payments. We couldn't be more pleased!
