  Cristina and her team exceeded expectations in helping my wife and I buy our first home. She was very quick to respond to every question we had and thoroughly explained the process every step of the way. We talked with some other lenders but Cristina's friendly personality, knowledge, and promptness easily won her our business. She really put in the effort and time to talk to both my wife and I and figure out the best way to get the deal done. None of our other options came close to her. She worked with our realtor well and the mortgage process was started and completed in less than a month. Highly recommend!

  I’m very lucky that I found Cristina and her team at New American. Everyone involved was clearly highly skilled and experienced. Their flexibility compared to the company I was originally working with not only got me a better interest rate, but basically saved me $100,000 over the life of my loan by allowing me to leave $25,000 in my 401k that I would have had to use for closing funds otherwise.
