  As first time home buyers- we felt a little overwhelmed with the home buying process. But Dominic did a fabulous job letting us know what documentation we’d need early on (so we weren’t rushing at the end), communicating updates frequently & worked to get us the best possible deal in this tricky market.   Dominic made it happen for us in the nick of time before interest rates got too high for us to be able to afford a decent home in the area. He was very responsive and thorough in answering our questions and walking us through the process, and he did well to address any unease we had as first time homebuyers. Ultimately, we chose to utilize the Buyer Accepted Program, which presents offers like a cash buyer where the lender essentially purchases the home for cash and turns around and sells it right back for a percentage of the purchase price. This enabled us to close on the second home we submitted an offer for without escalation in a bidding war, and the home later appraised for slightly more than the purchase price plus the Buyer Accepted Program fee so it was a success! If we hadn't utilized this program, we may have been looking for months while interest rates and prices continued to rise putting a stick built home out of range for us. We are grateful for Dominic's empathy, responsiveness, thorough communication, and how hard and quickly he worked for us.
