  Every loan has its own process and everything depends on your economic situation, especially debts and ability to pay. If you have a good income and your debts do not affect your ability to pay for what you want to buy (house) it will be easy, but you will have to go hand in hand with your lender to be able to lower those debts to qualify. But the result of having your dream home is priceless! So save and have your plan when you buy your house! Thank you Díana and the whole team.

  This lender is the worst made one of my clients loose earnest money of $5000 dollars and the worst part is his manager didn't do much worst experience ever he does not care at all I have all the evidence when he sends approvals with out verified documents ridiculous thanks do not use him

  This review is based on the interaction, attention and sustained communication with Jose Plascencia. I expected more for a "professional" person who is dedicated to this, I do not recommend it due to its informality, documentation was sent for analysis and I never confirmed the reception, no calls were made, there was no formal communication either verbal, written, electronic or by any other channel to make known the resolution or something else about the process, people like this only waste our time.
