  From start to finish, Robert and his team were on top of all aspects of our home financing needs and provided a variety of options for us to consider. Throughout the process, they were very communicative and responsive to any questions we had and moved with a sense of urgency to close ASAP. The overall process was quick, smooth, and we felt supported the entire time.

  Awesome service! I've done many a re-finance, but none so easy as this one. All of the preliminary disclosures and documentation of income and debt were done electronically, saving loads of time. The rate was great and the whole process was easy and quick. Bob's team was great. I worked closely with Debbie and was amazed at her capacity to track so many, many documents and never lose track of a thing. They were friendly and very quick to respond to any questions. The title company was responsive to my concern that our house would erroneously be identified as in a flood zone - which happened when we last refinanced! They were able to take our documentation from FEMA to avoid that hitch. A notary came to our house after work and got us through the voluminous paperwork in less than half the time it usually takes. If you are waiting to refinance because you don't think you have time to deal with it, get it done the easy way with Bob Bachman.
