      Credit Krama lead me to this company. Stayed on the phone with Jonathan for hours on a Friday. He was very polite & enjoyed talking to him about the process. Now I think it was all an act. Sent him paperwork(personal information)on Saturday. Called him to confirm if he'd received it. Crickets! Emailed & called him every week. Crickets! Called corporate talk to a caring & understanding receptionist. She said I'll forward your message & I would be upset too. More crickets! DON'T APPLY FOR MORTGAGE LOAN FROM THIS COMPANY! RUN FAST AS YOU CAN!

      I have been trying to reach out to the financial guy his name Christian 4 months for my security deposit refund that should been sent 4 months ago and got really frustrated I haven’t received call back yet and every time I call the transfer me to him and he is in meeting every day and they tell me he will call you and he never 👎 And I don’t appreciate this service I lost my security deposit from thier under rewriter slow process I have changed my closing date 4 times due to incomplete process from thier end They have told me we will send you your appraisal and your security deposit and I just recently received my appraisal after four months of battling with them and they could sent both checks in the same mail We trying to buy a house for our family not get rob . I wish I had a better experience with them and not write this review!!!!!
