  Whit and his team are fantastic. They are all readily available, patient, and hard working throughout the process. They are willing to take extra time just to explain anything that is unclear or to work through any problem that comes up, and every interaction my wife and I had with them throughout the process was stellar. These days it is hard to find someone who who is honest, respectful, and hard working, but Whit has an entire team that are just as exceptional as he is!

  Whit Campbell with New American Funding was our loan officer for our first home purchase. We initially contacted Whit after he was recommended by realtor who had a good experience working with him on previous sales. We reached out to several loan officers with a list of questions and Whit immediately stood out from the crowd. His answers were detailed and comprehensive and he had a clear process. He set up an intro call and walked us through what to expect, patiently explaining unfamiliar concepts like “escrow.” He was able to get us pre-approved quickly and once we put in an offer, stayed in contact during the closing process. He was available on evenings and weekends, which was incredibly helpful since we work full-time during the week. We knew we were good hands with Whit and would recommend him to any prospective homebuyers.
