      Terrible customer service. Won't take ownership of a mistake a teller made. I'll be closing my accounts asap. *UPDATE* Just had to do some banking at the Essex branch, there is a younger male teller with light brown hair, beard and glasses, he managed to mess up the 2 transactions I had to perform. One of which was a loan payment that was a specific amount and he just rounded up.
