      I was met by a pleasant and helpful staff that were eager to help when I walked in the door. The wait time for me to be tended to was minimal (2-3 min). I was eventually provided with world class customer service by a very friendly Danielle. She displayed experience through her professionalism, meticulousness and her agility in providing me with all the answers to my questions while completing the task at hand very quickly. I am pleased to be banking with NEFCU and I definitely recommend their exceptional service to everyone.

      I've used this location to deposit paychecks and manage cash whenever they come up. Staff have answered any questions I had regarding travel, services, checks, foreign funds, and more. The atmosphere is always pleasant and I'm sure if I stayed to discuss more I'd have a wonderfully easy time, just like when I started service at another branch.
