      Absolute con artists and rip off kiNgs not mention the fact that they are rude as they rip you off. Avoid them like they are the plague and save yourself a lot of time trouble and money. I put one star only because negative stars are not allowed F you new erA scam artists

      I guess I have to give a star? Anyways I went in Wednesday morning around 10am. I told them I lost my debit card and needed a new one. They said it would be ready by the afternoon on Thursday. I didn't hear from anyone from the bank and I get off after the bank closes. I go back Friday still nothing. It is now Sunday and I have no access to my bank or money. This is horrible service. I have been without money since Thursday. Thanks New Era Bank. You guys are awesome. Keep up the good work. Worst bank I have ever had to deal with. I would never recommended this bank. I can't believe you guys replaced commerce bank. They were 1,000,000 times better.
