      Terrible Communication! I should've known once they didn't have a contact number i should've kept searching! And after doing my research this Company Originally used to be called ACAP + the loan source, and i had a terrible experience with them and there so called loan Specialist "Garrent Mckinney" for the PPP application who told me i was approved originally ,then stop responding to emails about an update, then i randomly emails me a denial letter stating there was an error on your app and we wont be able to approve you; Basically the same way Dominic Jenner emailed me today after not responding to my emails for the last 4 days. Stay away from this company! Different Name same terrible process! LOOK FOR OTHER LOAN COMPANIES!

      NEWITY (DIMWITY) took over our PPP loans from our bank in Jersey City, NJ. We spent hours on their website trying to complete the forgiveness application, to no avail. And to make matters worse, we made several calls to their customer service department and got no answer. We sent them several requests by email for them to put our loans on the SBA direct forgiveness portal so that we could do the application there. But no one responded. Borrowers shouldn't have to ask them to do that! This is something that should have been done automatically.
