      The staff are very friendly and personable. They know my name and remember my habits, the advantage of small town banking. Most of my problems are solved within minutes. Sometimes they even go above and beyond (like today). More advanced concerns like loans are handled very professionally and fairly. All in all a very nice bank I am happy to do business with week in and week out.

      Horrible service and we withdrew $200 from the ATM which kept our money so now we have to take legal action to get OUR money back.
