Just following up on a previous post that I made regarding my terrible experience with NewRez. Like many of these poor reviews, I received an apology and was told to make contact with someone using the "customercare" email address. Not surprisingly, the person I spoke to continued to give me the run around. She listened to my situation, apologized for my less than satisfactory experience and agreed to give me a call back. That never happened. I'm still frustrated, and obviously, NewRez is allowed to continue to provide people with less than satisfactory customer service. How do we escalate these concerns to ensure that they go beyond negative reviews on a Google page? Other people should not be subjected to such poor quality and unethical practices when these challenges appear to be well-documented.

We need to get together and file lawsuits against this company. I received cares act monies during Covid because I was laid off. This company cash the checks and tried stealing the money. I had to fight with them for six months to get them to post to my account and threatened them with an attorney. I got the cares act office on conference calls, three different times. Bottom line, they cashed the checks lied about it and wouldn’t post to my account. This was government monies they tried to STEAL from me
