This is, by far, THE MOST DISORGANIZED and time consuming company that I have ever had to deal with. I have been on hold for nearly ONE HOUR just to ask a question that cannot be answered on the website.

I purchased a home June of 2019 and I have been making weekly payments for my mortgage and for some reason this company can't grasp this and has charged me several late fees bc they have sent my money to the principal balance, I have called them 7 times telling them to refund my late fees and they haven't, I have emailed them, no response. This is by far the worst mortgage company I have ever used.
