Not only were we denied by two other lenders but we lost our closing cost, we were lied to by other lenders and was given a raw deal. We were basically homeless? no compromise from the seller for a deal gone bad, on top of that we were robbed out of money by a moving company. Depressed broken with no where to turn and lost all hope the only alternative was prayer for a lender and a company that has compassion. Roberta came to the rescue from a referral and let me tell you! My husband and I shed real tears…From soup to nuts she worked our loan, she was very sensitive about our situation and approached our purchase as if she was the buyer. This is real life I am telling you! When you talk about empathy, a God mother of mortgages and a woman who has nothing but the best to give and will stop at nothing to help her clients. I can attest there is no other like Roberta Rustin…we have just earned a lifetime friend not only did she close on our home but she put her all in helping us with closing cost and ensure we came out on top.
