      Have multiple accounts with wells fargo. Wife and mil went in last week without an appt to update who had access to mil checking. Was informed appts only, so made an appt. Went in today and got the account updated but they had a couple other things to do with the bank: 1. Mil lost both her debit and credit cards .. they were told that they had to call the lost card number for replacements. 2. Also had a power of attorney that needed to be notarized. Have had this done in a bank in the past but they were told that wf could not do it. Not impressed with this level of service for going into a branch... hope the moderator can shed some light on this...

      This bank keep us waiting along time and then told us they would call us back and never returned the call once I gave them my number and the manger did not return my call
