  This company doesn't even deserve the one star. I was traumatized over my first time homebuyers experience. Jaime Pringle simply didn't do me right. She took too long to close with me and she appears to me to have some other things going on with her. She changed the closing date around five times. She lies about information you gave her or info sent to her.I first meet her via her friend Emily Mattock ...old shade tree realtor who did a poor job n assisting me in finding a home. She introduced me to Jaime n then wen I got pre approved I had a deadline to meet. Emily Mattock didn't care about my time line she kept sending me pics of the same homes then after two showing I switch realtors got someone more professional n aggressive. Emily sent me a long drawn out text after I fired her cause we never had a contract..Jaime took almost up to 3 months to close....then she didn't tell me the down payment amount....kept switching it....then she did what I consider a malicious act......I had a FHA loan 3.5 percent downpayment I had been asking since day one how much I need she sent me contract with an amount I asked is that how much I am gonna need she said no. So I put in an amount she told me to put, then on the day of closing which was days before the deadline given to her by TDSML to close this deal....she asks for my bank statement then she said u need more money wen I added it by law it had to be accountable.... my kids had given me money along with friends n one friend didn't want to give her bank statement so the deal fell through.. don't trust her.... I did report her to TDSML. So if anyone had problems with her or having problems with her please forward it to the TDSML. They need to know.
