      I open my bank account on 2022 and every time I go to this location OMG people do not know what they are doing every time I go there is a problem and a mistake the bank canceled my account due to there was a transaction in my account that I had not authorized , I was told to go to the bank and get a new card I go and left me waiting 30 min before they even took care of me, I explain to the clerk what I need I give here my old card and she gives me a new card with the same numbers of the card that was canceled I drove 25 min to get to the bank and waited 30 min and not get what I needed I was so mad. another time I wen there I wanted to add my mother to my account I made an appointment before I get there on time and they still took an hour to take care of us just to add my mother to my account. I feel the staff there need more training in how to multi task and not have an attituded when taking care of customers. I know working in bank is not easy but if you don't know how to multitask and don't have the attituded to take care of customers you should not work there. Clerks need to get more training they don't know what there doing. the bad thing is this is the closes bank to my house and I drive 25 mi the other locations are super far.
