      I had one of the best experiences when I went to open my account. The branch manager, Linh Tran, was very patient in explaining many questions I had about different loans. My application for a loan was also very fast. Definitely happy to be part of NextMark from now on.

      Took a week just to get a pre-approval decision. After a hard pull and all that, the auto loan was denied and according to them there was no enough history of the applicant to make them accept it. The money was there, prof of income, and a high credit score, the loan still been denied, people always going to do a first time purchase, there should me a first time buyer or many programs and ways to carry on with, but they didn’t bother working on it. Wish luck to everyone.
