      I am truly glad everyone else has had a great experience but we did not. We did up until closing week when we had a bunch of extra charges thrown at us. We asked to go to closing with no money out of pocket and ended up paying close to $1000 of what was supposed to be our first months payment, but then was informed by our title agency that it was not our first months payment it was the extra fees and such that got added to our loan that shouldn’t of been added. I’m sure most people don’t read the fine print and know what all of the numbers mean but I’m a questioner and want to know what I am paying exactly. So if you do business with them I recommend reading and looking into EVERYTHING!
