      Worst insurance company ever!! Avoid!! I have been with them since 2006. I sent them paperwork per their request to cancel my flood insurance and they lost it. Their response...”it’s your word against ours.” That was out of the mouth of their manager. I explained to the manager that I have worked in insurance and she was being very unprofessional by talking over me and interrupting me. She said she did not believe I ever worked customer service because I spoke with elevated tone. Told her....I’m allowed to be upset as a customer....I’m not cussing or swearing at you but I am frustrated. Informed her as a manager she shouldn’t be escalating the situation by raising her tone to me and interrupting me. Worst company ever. I have worked as a bank manager and will let all my mortgage banker contacts know about this company when helping customers set up escrow accounts.
