  I reached out to this firm initially when I opened my dental office in 2019. I met with Wes Harmon who told me everything that they do and they they can work with dentists, so I signed on. After receiving zero help for my startup I moved elsewhere. I came back several months later after the firm I moved to left the state. I explained to Wes what my needs and wants were, which was a monthly meeting discussing the financials of my office and how to run my office efficiently- you know basic accounting stuff. Initially we had a few meetings and I was never told anything other than, "You're doing better than last month. Let me know if you have questions." A budget was never made and no real info was given. COVID hit and I got ZERO council navigating that; I believe I am the only business in existence that did not get any PPP money. After a while Wes would set up a call and either be 30+ minutes late or cancel at the last minute. When I reached out to another accountant at the firm asking to work with someone else I was told, "We don't compete with one another, you should work it out with Wes." I never signed on to work with anyone specific and if they aren't meeting my needs a good business would make it right! Wes sent me an email stating that "I have reached out several times." There were ZERO emails from him and in six months I received TWO calls from the firm regarding invoices. A new business needs all the support it can get legally and financially, you will not get that here. My new CPA teaches me everything I need to know about my finances and gives me the tools to confidently run a business successfully, which is what a good accountant should do at the minimum. "Working with" Nichols and company was a shockingly horrible experience! Would not recommend.
