  Never can help me with anything. POAs or Investment accounts. May not be there fault. Everytime I go there they can't help

  On Sunday morning I went to this atm and took 550 dollars from my payrol card and deposited the cash into my pnc checking account using the cash deposit slot on the atm. I have done this at least 10 times and never had a problem. so i get the screen to the spot where it asks what you have to deposit cash or check so i press cash and then you are given a chance to make sure your cash is organised with no staples or rubber bands and once you have done that you press another button and the cash slot opens up and you stick your cash in it. since i just got the money from the same atm it was in good shape no tape or staples i stuck my money in. usually it counts it twice and tells you how much it counted and if the two numbers are the same you press continue and it finishes the deposit. however this time it counts it once and then stops for a minute and the whole atm shuts down and a screen comes on saying that its out of service. so i guess the cash counter jambed. so no cash and no deposit. i call the bank and filed a report and everything i needed to do to get my money. now its two days and no money. i have things coming in the account that wont clear now. They should have fixed this 1st thing monday not a week later. it was a cash deposit so this is why they are getting 1 star. Im sure that i will get it sometime but really anything more then 1 day to me is unacceptable!!! my advice is dont use the cash deposit feature on the atm for any amount greater then what you can live without for 10 day. I should have deposited 200 at a time. wish me luck. An update. PNC has put my money back it took a few days but its all good now. I am going to up my review from one star to 4. They would have gotten 5 stars if they put my money back in one day. Thanks PNC.
