      I was trying to find a better company to refinance my house, my mortgage was been handled by one of the top companies in the industry; however, the refinancing options they offered me were very discouraging. Then I was referred to SWBC, I spoke to Nicki and sent her the Loan Estimate I had from the other company. Within a few minutes I received a better offer, and I knew right away that SWBC would be my new mortgage company. They worked around my schedule and were very transparent about the whole process until we closed. I received multiple calls and emails from the other company, stating that they could match or improve their offer; but it was too late. I'm very happy I chose SWBC and want to thank each and every one of their team of professionals for answering all my inquiries with patience and in a timely manner.

      I don't know where to start, Nicki was a life saver in so many ways! She made a very complicated dreadful process easy and painless. When my husband and I found our dream home to purchase, she was there every step of the way to guide us through the process and got us to closing on time!! Working with Nicki's many years of experience and SWBC combined, is truly amazing because they have so many different loan options to choose from that we actually switched our loan program 3 different times to get the perfect one that fit our needs. She is very responsive and her team makes it an easy process to go through. I love the fact that they don't sell your loan after you close, they keep and service them.
