  Mark and his team were a huge asset throughout my first home buying experience. He was aggressive with his rates, patient with questions I had, and efficient to make sure I closed on time. I cannot thank Mark and his team enough! I would absolutely recommend Team Baker to anyone!

  I loved SWBC untill they sold my loan, something they said thay would not do. Its in the fine print aparently and dosent matter that they used that as a reason I should use them over other lenders with better rates. They also calculated my escrow wrong for the first 9 months and I had to call and explain the math to them so they could send me a check and then another after they were still wrong.

  We reached out to Mark Baker as well as other lenders for a preapproval letter when my father was looking to relocate from California to Georgia. Mark Baker was the first to respond with a letter and answer all the questions we had. We decided to go with him and his team. Throughout the process they stayed on top of everything that needed to be done in order to ready for closing. They made a stressful process seamless. We highly recommend Mark Baker and his Team!
