  Terrible communication. Would not hear back from lender for days and days when purchasing my first home. Now two years later, I reached out to talk refinancing. thought I'd give them another chance. It's been 13 days!! Hello??? the only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because they do work with WHEDA on a new home buyers program.

  Didn't care at all that I made a super honest mistake. Theres no common sense or compassion in big banks to care to help you. They just want to make money off of you that's why they have to stick to policies I'm sure.

Candy wants to express her full apologies for not receiving the voice mail as she was gone on long term medical leave. Her colleague was happy to fill in for her during the absence and had worked out a plan with you to avoid the fees. We care very much and hoped the issue would have been resolved last October.
