      Terrible customer service. If it's not worth their time don't even bother asking to open an account. You would think being a bank that customer service is a key skill one should acquire but at this bank unfortunately it is not. Apparently their time is more valuable than their own customers.

      In a time mourning, Nicolet provided me no options to open an account to help settle my dad's affairs. If their not flexible with this, who's knows what other unfavorable rules they have.
