Update: Ed was great first time around so figured of course I would reach out to refinance. Started just fine and rates were good (note this was at start of covid). Well everything goes through and contact wasn't great and a bit slow which was fine really. Afterwards he asks for a review and literally almost a perfect review on their website with 4 stars and recommending. Well next day I get a nasty email which was extremely agressive saying he doesn't appreciate the review, he's dealing with a lot with Covid, and demanding I adjust it to 5 stars. Totally blown away was my feeling and even had my wife read what I wrote and she couldn't believe it either. Honestly had the guy called or emailed and said something along the be lines of appreciate the review though what could I have done better to get the 5 stars I would have reconsidered and probably changed it. Needless to say will not recommend him anymore and staying away after this experience. Very easy to work with and made the process very smooth. I'm referring all my friends to Ed!
