I was very hesitate to get a car from him because of so many bad reviews, but I was in desperate need of a car. I went into the office and dealt with Spencer. He provided me with great customer service. I test drove a car and I didn't like the car (only because the size of the car). Like I said I was in desperate need of a car so I knew the car was a small car before I test drove it. After test driving I knew the size was impossible to do with my children. Spencer was like don't worry I get you into a vehicle. And he did just that. I love my car and it's perfect for my family size. I know I was getting on his nerves calling him back to back but he never showed it. He's a great salesman. Don't let these negative comments stop you from getting into a vehicle. It was a very friendly and professional environment.

Spencer, great sales person, but overall the lady that takes the payment is very rude and unprofessional. She does and says different. My car had a piece missing off the shift pulley to the motor, I called and told them and their response was to try to get my car in drive and drive it two hours to the shop. Very unprofessional, I recommend not buying a car from this place. Nothing bout this place is professional except for Spencer the sales person, other than that I wouldn’t let them sell me the dog off the lot even if it was free.
