  The worst escrow experience I’ve ever had. You have to call numerous times in order to speak with anyone, and when you finally reach a live person you are told “They’re working on it” for days on end. There was no assigned escrow officer on the file from start to finish & the file was tossed around between various employees. The “manager” Kristen Kosakura did not respond to multiple attempts to ask for assistance and was only concerned with how her phone number was retrieved when it provides it on the voicemail. If you want zero communication & the worst service possible this is the escrow company for you. They are now going by the name DOMA. On top of it all the buyers had to pay to extend their rate lock & daily interest because escrow failed to send the file out for recording after the loan funded.
