I'm so glad to have found NCCU. The folks here are helpful and the products offered are complete and very competitive. I opened a HELOC while many other institutions were no longer offering them, or taking 45-60 days to close due to the high refi volume, during the pandemic. From application to closing was 5 business days! Five. This is not an exaggeration. I'm looking forward to continuing to build my relationship with NCCU and have already recommended them to colleagues.

I have never delt with such unprofessional people at a bank. I just paid off my loan EARLY in cash with no late payments on 12/18/2017 around 4pm. The lady in store (didn’t get her name) told us if not today by tomorrow they would send out to the DMV that the car is paid off. And after that it will take 7 to 10 business days to get pink slip. They didn’t end up sending it out til the 28th (ten days after I paid it off) come to today 1/12/2018 I finally get my pink slip from DMV and my name is spelt wrong!! I talked with terry Williams and a girl named Anna neither helped at all what so ever and now will have to wait another 7-10 days to get correct pink slip and then maybe I can sell this car. Please pick another credit union I really have never been so disappointed.
