This is the third time that the bank has been sold And i wouldn't change a thing everyone is very nice and helpful if you have a question they will do there best to answer it they do the best that they can to take care of there clients

My mother passed away recently so I brought the death certificate into the Middleboro office. They would not close out the burial account unless I gave them the funeral bill. I told them that they could look at 2 checks that cleared her account payable to funeral home. The manager told me she needed the funeral bill. I had to go back to my house taking 30 min. to bring the bill back to them. I presented it to the middleboro manager and told her I didn't want her to scan or copy the bill. She proceeded to scan the death certificate which is fine... then she took the funeral bill and scanned it after I told her I didn't want her to. This is disrespectful and outrageous. I will be closing ALL my accounts because of her behavior! It's been over a week and no one has contacted me about this.
