      We had an issue with accounts, transfer, etc I was right and I knew I was right- but I’m not an easy person to deal with sometimes and they kept their composure and were incredibly polite. Carol was in particular very composed. It appears that people can still be kind in times of adversity which is encouraging. I recommend this bank to anyone accordingly

      Teller told me I couldn’t deposit a check in my name because another person was listed but she missed the detail where it said blank name or my name then proceeded to be rude for the rest of the encounter… just plain lazy… probably should switch banks with such lack of detail

      Very Pleasant! I'm not sure if this is the right branch, the one by Walgreens, but kudos, and a shout out to who's on the Drive Thru Window, because it's tough to see. I hit the Drive Thru on occasion with our two female rescue dogs, and she's always very pleasant, says thank you ( which goes a long way with a lot of customers these days ), and sends out a couple treats for the girls. Thank you!
