  Worst pawn shop in AZ. Went in for a loan on a glock 17. Guy took about 30 minutes to look up what the value was in the most common gun in the world. Lowballed me of course, fine only needed the cash for a few days. Came back a few days later to pick up same guy working on the phone now. Waited for about 20 minutes for him to finish the conversation. He took forever with forms and was very unprofessional with a lackadaisical attitude towards any type of courtesy of the customers time. I will say it was the only pawn open on Sunday at the time i needed cash. That gets one star for Sunday. Edit: So the pawn shop i had a gun at went out of business and they sent my gun here. I couldn't believe it as I promised myself I'd never go back and now I was forced to. I had prepared myself for a horrible experience which was the first 2 times I went. The dummy that was working there before was gone thank God. They actually have good employees now that don't ignore you for 20 minutes. I had a good experience. No lowball offers, decent pricing, and good customer service. Cant give five stars cause it was so bad the first 2 times but Changing one star to four.
